LGF Onyx
Onyx is without a doubt one of the most prolific bucks in the Cashmere goat breed with nearly a dozen registered offspring. His qualities include hardiness, strong frame, excellent temperament, and great fiber quality. In the years we have owned him, over 90% of his offspring have passed the cashmere fiber evaluation on their first fleece. He is also known for having good fiber quality longevity, having been evaluated at 15 microns as a yearling, and then twice again as a 6-year-old by 2 different cashmere goat judges.
EMW Jinx (Takuya)
Pictured here as a long yearling, this 2024 junior herd sire left and impression on us. Takuya came to us as a 6 month weanling, large and strong. We used him for the first time Fall of 2025 with us and boy were we pleased with his 2026 kid crop. He sired over 30 kids and we saw great growth rates, temperament, conformation, and good fiber coverage. Additionally, Takuya’s first year fiber was evaluated twice by a lab and a cashmere goat judge and found to be very high quality in the 14 micron range with 2” staple and excellent style.
MOA Copper
This 2-year old is the latest addition to our herd coming to us from Marshall’s Oasis in Colorado. Copper was raised and bred by cashmere goat judge Pam Marshall. He is handsome, thick boned, has great conformation, and produces some gorgeously fine fiber. We look forward to seeing what he does for our herd!
