When we first started farming, we wanted a productive livestock that supported our dream of building a sustainable farm. We landed on Cashmere goats because they are low maintenance and give our family multiple products in the form of luxurious cashmere fiber, high quality meat, milk, and brush control. They are also intelligent, personable animals that are enjoyable to live with.

Unlike high-maintenance fiber breeds that require extensive care or shearing, Cashmere goats naturally shed their soft undercoat each spring, making fiber harvest simple and economic.

What we offer

  • Our foundation Cashmere and Kiko goat herd is comprised of high-quality goats from over a dozen reputable farms across the country. We breed for multipurpose fiber, meat, and milk as well as good temperament and conformation.

    We spot test our breeding stock yearly for CAE, CL, and Johnes.

  • Each year we harvest cashmere fleeces from our Cashmere goats to sell to handspinners. Our goats are proven cashmere producers that have passed fiber evaluations. Most of our herd produce high quality cashmere between 13-16 microns and 1.5-3” staple length.

  • Every year we set aside a portion of goats to be raised for meat. We offer cuts of meat from a USDA processor and we sell live meat goats on farm.

  • We are working to develop some custom lotions from our cashmere and Kiko goats’ milk. We milk share with kids so that our does are still proving their maternal skills and milk production.
